Terms and Conditions

1) All products featured here are on a pre-order basis, prices indicated are in SINGAPORE DOLLAR inclusive of shipping fee.

2) Orders must be made before closing date of pre-order.

3) Any cancellations and changes to order must be made before closing date of pre-order.

4) All payments must be received before closing date of pre-order, otherwise the order will be cancelled.

5) All products are not refundable or exchangeable, refund will only be made to out of stock products after the orders have arrived in Singapore.

6) All products will be bubbly wrapped. However Gleaming Skin will not be liable for any damaged/lost goods during postage.

7) FREE local normal postage is provided, addition of S$2.24 is payable for local registered mail. We highly recommend registered mail to prevent lost/damaged products.

Disclaimer
We reserve the rights to refuse/cancel any orders at our sole discretion. Gleaming Skin reserves the right to cancel any particular spree if response is below expected target amount. All refunds will be made promptly upon cancellation made by Gleaming Skin.

Shipping Time
1) All orders will be placed upon the closing date of pre-order.

2) It will take approximately 2 weeks for the products to arrive in Singapore.

3) We are giving a time period up to 3 weeks in case of any incident.

4) We appreciate your patience and we will update you the status of your order regularly.

5) We only provide shipping and posting to Singapore.
